EVENT PLANNING
We hope to create an engaging interactive board for people to explain and come up with new ideas for development in Stretford. We hope to find firstly what people would like to see in Stretford but also what currently makes it feel special for them,
PARTICIPATIVE ACTIVITY

Our event aims to encourage passers by to actively imagine what they would like to see added to Stretford through sticking customizable building templates to a street elevation. We hope to build up a picture of what residents would like to see in their town and ask investigate the level of demand for various facilities and atmospheres.

We loved the Glass House's hands on approach where participants were the generators of ideas and a creative design approach was used, valuing and respecting all ideas generated. We felt approach helped participants feel less precious about the production of their ideas and encouraged all to get stuck in and give designing a go.
